Frequently asked questions about pricing and billing
How much does AI Navigator cost?
The Explorer plan is free forever. Professional regularly costs €49 per month or €399 per year. A promotional price of €19.99 per month or €200 per year currently applies. The offer is valid until 4 December 2026.
How long does Professional run, and how can I cancel?
Professional renews automatically unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period – in your account settings or in the Stripe customer portal (Terms § 6).
How do I pay?
Payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe. Billing is in advance for the respective billing period (Terms § 5). We do not store full card data ourselves.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Yes. When you subscribe, you choose between monthly and yearly payment; both prices are shown on the Professional card above.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Once the subscription ends, your account switches to the free Explorer plan with its feature set (see the comparison above). Your saved results stay assigned to your account until you delete them or your account – which you can do yourself at any time under Settings → Delete account.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU: data is stored with Supabase in Frankfurt (eu-central-1), the application runs on Vercel in Frankfurt (fra1).
